This is super quiet with 3 fan speeds and an amazing Water Reservoir that is huge and easy to fill. The product looks cool and I could find no down side to using it. Worked like a charm.There was a problem initially because my house is at 9000 ft (Rocky Mountains) so when the product arrived the change is altitude has caused the float/valve to expand and that meant that the water from the tank could not flow into the base reservoir and the product showed an error "No Water". This has happened to other products and the solution was simple. put a pin prick into the float and equalize the pressure then reseal the pin hole. Problem solved.I think a longer term solution would be for the manufacturer to redesign the float for altitude variation.Super happy with the product. Colorado is very dry and this works like a charm.

This humidifier has all the features I was looking for, is simple to use and clean, relatively stylish, and at a good price point. I bought one for our bedroom initially and it's worked great! I clean it weekly, following all instructions and have had no issues with the unit so far. It really helps me breathe better at night!I was so impressed with this humidifier that I ordered a second unit 2 weeks later for our spare room. This second one has been an unpredictable pain! First of all, side by side the 2 units do not agree on the humidity. The second one generally reads ~10 units higher than the first, technically either sensor could be off.The main problem with my second unit is that it has a tendency to leak and make a huge mess if I'm not paying attention. The humidifier has a water reservoir that drips down onto a mister. I'm not sure why but sometimes the mister will stop being able to produce a mist, while the device continues to run and drip water. It fills itself with water, the mister helplessly bubbling away, until the water level gets high enough to flow out of a slot on the exterior. The first time this happened I didn't notice for a few hours and it made a massive mess all over the floor. Since then, I have kept a close eye on it and have caught it's latest leaks soon enough to prevent a mess. Still, in less than 2 months of daily use, it is leaking at least twice a week, and I no longer feel comfortable using this second unit.I can find nothing mechanically wrong or broken with the second one. I have kept cleaned both units weekly following all instructions. I have been careful not to mix up parts. I can find nothing different or wrong with the second unit compared to the first one. However this second one has weekly Leaks and the first one does not. I have no explanation for it, and while the first one works perfectly and greatly improves my breathing at night, I am worried that at any point it may start leaking like the second! At this point I am no longer using the second at all.

So far, the only support I have received is an emailed transcript of our ineffective chat, because she was having "technical difficulties". I asked what the little yellow rectangle cup was for, and what the cylinder at the bottom of the unit was, and told them that the unit wasn't emitting any mist. By request, I sent a video of the unit not working (not sure why that was helpful), and she said she would email me. What I got was a transcript of the chat. ??

The humidifier fails to meet my expectations, it has leaked all over my nightstand twice, water often gets trapped in the cap and under the water bucket which causes water to leak from the long opening on the side above the logo. It also stops giving out mist (which makes it useless) whenever water gets into the place where the mist comes out of which happens fairly often due to a design flaw I suppose. I gave it a chance and used it a couple days then returned it because it was hopeless and I didn't want to lose my money so I bought a different brand and it doesn't have any of the above problems.

This is the best little humidifier ever, I suffer from year round allergies and often wake up with congestion and a sinus headache. I thought I would give this humidifier a try to see if it would help me with this issue. Needless to say since I started using it, I have not woke up with congested or with a sinus headache. It's well designed, small portable and perfect for use in my bedroom. It's extremely easy to use and was shipped fast. It runs quietly so it does not disturb your sleep, and automatically shuts off, looking forward to using this little gem for years to come

I have arthritis in my hands and my old humidifier had a cap that required quite a bit of strength to twist it open and to close it! There were many times I had to ask for help to be able to use it! Not with this one!! It is so easy to fill and cleaning is extremely simple and easy! The mist output can be controlled and that is very helpful!

Love the top-filling design and ease of cleaning. I previously had a humidifier like the bad one shown in the Amazon product page for this humidifier.It was terrible having so much red mold build up around my previous humidifier, filling it and then flipping it upside down, and not being able to reach inside the humidifier to clean it.Highly recommend this one! It also has way more features than most other humidifiers (my previous humidifier only had 4 different mist operations, and that was it).Edit: the plastic inside of this humidifier somehow corroded, almost like the plastic was being melted away by some sort of chemical, and some pieces on the inside around the mist funnel snapped off so the mist no longer comes out the top correctly. I'm not sure why this happened, but after buying another better quality humidifier (by Boyon), I guess this humidifier is just not as good as I previously thought. In retrospect, this humidifier seems to be made of a cheap and inferior plastic... Save your money and invest in a better quality humidifier than this one if you want it to last for more than 6-12 months.
