The BEST Pitcher!
I’ve had this in my cart for close to a year. It finally went on sale on Prime Day and I am so glad it did! A little pricier but worth it. Pitcher is a durable material (we’ve already had one of the kids drop it and it survived without a crack)! Water tastes so good. Easy to keep clean. Looks super cute, too! The only downside is - as a family of 7, I’m filling it up all day long because it’s not very large. Filters fairly quickly. Would definitely be better for a single person or smaller family. Still glad I purchased!

Love it for the planet, needs babysitting
Pros: I love this first and foremost for the planet and for addressing the microplastics that are now found in our bloodstreams. I also can say with absolute surety, water from it TASTES GREAT! It has a beautiful design as aesthetics is very important to me.Cons: Unlike a Brita filter with its large reservoir, this takes a bit of babysitting to fill the pitcher to full. I have to make several trips to fill up the pitcher and that can be inconvenient. I explained this to my mom and she flat out said she wont get it because "that's too much effort". Its true. If you get distracted and forget youre filling your pitcher, you only end up with about 2 cups. I drink A LOT of water daily and this can be frustrating when you go for water and there's only a small amount ready because you forgot to go back atleast 2, 3 or 4 more times to fill to capacity. Also, if you have an older/low faucet and/or shallow sink, it wont fit and you need an intermediary container to go from faucet to pitcher. Again, this thing takes a little babysitting. That said, I do love the aesthetics but would prefer something more along the lines of the Brita when it comes to ease of filling. The frequency of changing the filter (2 mos) is offset by all the things it filters vs a long-last Brita filter, so thats a non-issue for me, this is a better product, hand down. Conclusion: I love it for how it looks and what it does; just not how it does it, and cant wait for improved designs!

This is a real water filter, slower is better.
I have extensive knowledge about water filtration, working with super filtered water for chip manufacture. I have also been active in West Africa, where out in the bush water is scarce in the dry season. These were simple filters that would filter most bacteria on a second run.Anyway these folks know what is good, and IMHO, the best I've used for home filtration. It is slow. That's the way a gravity driven filter is supposed to work.I like the fact you can buy the charcoal and main filter cartridge separately and the are inexpensive. It's just thing to do, ecologically and financially. I use filtered water in my espresso machine and the ROI is about 6 weeks. Don't buy bottled water, why should you? It's that good. They give money to non- profit organizations that's sole purpose is to get clean water in sometimes remote areas, water to the people in dire need of it. Cholera kills thousands, mostly little kids. This is NOT for cleaning creek water. The spout design is brilliant. Buy one and see. Zero spills.

Leaking Issues
Update: After reaching out to the support team, they happily replaced this damaged pitcher and even threw in a free silicone protective band.I bought this water pitcher for college and everything was great at first. It filtered the water just right (I think it is better than the Brita Water filters). But after two months of utilizing this item, it somehow started leaking from the bottom of the pitcher? I had to reinforce the pitcher with duct tape so it would stop leaking puddles of water. I am so confused as to how this came to be for I do not recall ever dropping it. It would be awesome if someone helped me somehow replace it? I am disappointed because I liked the elegance and the quality of this pitcher.

The water tastes great, but they break so easily
My third pitcher in two years finally just developed the same problem as the rest. They get hairline fractures where the bottom is connected to the sides, so they slowly leak all over the fridge. I would expect better quality for this price point. We don't have kids and we're not rough on the pitchers. But 3 in a row in such a short time is obviously a manufacturing/design problem.

There is a difference!
JUST WAIT FOR IT. Yes it will be extremely slow at first. It does speed up but it will take a few weeks.I did not realize how much of a taste difference there would be when drinking. Coming from a brita user. Flying through filters every 3 weeks if you follow the schedule. Wanted to try something new and there is a solid taste difference.Randomly tried to drink a plain glass of tap water after without thinking and got an after taste. You don't get that with the life straw.Great for hard water prone areas.

Good taste; worry free
I didn’t like the idea of drinking water from the tap, especially when I am unsure of what could be in the water or pipes. I chose this pitcher and filter system as it gives me peace of mind that the bad things are filtered out and I have safe water to drink.

The only reasoning I’m keeping it…
I’m only keeping it because of all the different things it says it will filter out that apparently Brita will not. However, the design is much less convenient than my Brita pitcher. Much less convenient to fill; much harder to lift when filled due to the A shape. Most of the weight is in the bottom, putting a lot of pull-down my arm weight on my arm when I lift it to pour even though there is way less water in it.Or just to lift it. The weight is very unevenly distributed. The filters are more expensive and not as easy to acquire, but I knew that when I purchased it. Or Certainly, it is more attractive than Brita pitcher.
