I have taken standard milk thistle in the past but this formula (with lipids) has given me amazing results on my lab tests. In 4 weeks after starting this product my ALT dropped from 43 to 26 and my AST from 39 to 18. Then after 16 more weeks the ALT dropped to 15 and the AST to 18. I am not a doctor or medical person so this is just my opinion. But I do feel strongly this product has made a difference.

The pills are easy to swallow. The quality is good. I take 2 a day, so they last me for 2 months. I notice a difference in how I feel. Great product.

Just received on front steps. I read some of the reviews and was concerned about them sitting in the sun and melting together, but that wasn’t the case. There were just a few stuck together. But that’s always a chance you take with gel capsules. Many times when I have purchased fish oil gel capsules from my local BJs I run into the same problem. One or two reviews mention European Milk Thistle, but I can’t find anything on the label that mentions this. I am a little concerned about a couple of reviews that mentions this the they don’t dissolve. I hope that’s not an issue or I’ll have to look for a powder capsule type pill. But then again, I don’t know if this is an accurate way of testing, since you have acids in your stomach that can take the paint off of cars. I’ll start taking them tomorrow morning and hopefully they will do their job. I take a lot of medications and want to keep my liver in good condition.

I actually like this product because it doesn't have alot of extra ingredients in it. I give it to my dog because he takes so many meds I do it to help protect his liver. These are easy for him to get down. The capsules are like oblong gel caps and they are big but dont have any smell or taste (I tried one). I like the value for the price it's definitely worth the money and I would definitely recommend. I've actually been considering taking them myself.

This is a trusted brand for me. My LFTS were slightly elevated for some reason, took this and back to normal. Would purchase again.

Capsules were delivered stuck together in one big clump in the bottle, all stuck together. Impossible to separate without compromising the integrity of the capsules themselves. I ended up having to request a refund, since this item cannot be replaced or returned.

I've been using this brand for over a year. Its on the expensive side but seems to be good quality. Luckily I haven't had any problems with the pills getting stuck together like other reviewers.
