Awsome fan to keep motor cool. Definitely a durable fan, there’s been sticks and grass in it. And still runs great after cleaning it

Keeps the motor cool and is quiet

Pros:- fast arrival- fan is quiet do not even hear it- Most fans have jst connector, his was one of only fans that had Guyana connector that you can hook to spare channel on the receiver- using heat gun to measure I verified my motor temps went from 149 down to 112. This was on a 90 degree day outside and running 2s LiPoCons:- had to saw one fin off in order for this to fit my rustler 4x4 vxl (see photos)- Would prefer fan be on top of motor but the results seem to be well enough as is- tight squeeze to get this to work and had to file down fin I cut off so would not damage motor wiresNotes:- used thermal compound on heat sink for better heat dissipation- overall very satisfied with results 4/5 since I had to work at modifying it to make it fit

It is almost too big for my motor. This is a good thing, because more aluminum in contact with the motor will dissipate more heat. It is very effective. Just make sure that one side of the motor is completely exposed for this to fit. The fan moves a lot of air, and you can definitely hear the fan running.

The fans on the heat sink were really cheaply made 4 of the fins broke in a day after. but overall it spins pretty fast easy to install but I Wouldn’t buy if I were you.

Fan keeps breaking in my Senton. I'm on my second set. The one in my Granite has been working fine and takes a much harder beating. Not sure why they keep breaking in my Senton. The second one broke and somehow the broken blades got in the gear box and jammed up the spur gear. There's nothing that would get through the grille and into the fan so I'm kinda stumped on why this is happening.

I was nervous buying this because people were complaining about having to cut it down for some motors. If you have the 4000KW HobbyWing motor, this is a perfect fit! Really took my temps down, so I'm actually gearing up a little, to get more speed now that the motor is staying cool. Highly recommended!

Don't waste your money, spend a little bit more and get better quality. I have a arrma typhon mega upgraded to 3s, every bash the first fan I bought lost like 2 to 3 fins every time and no it's not rocks. After the first lost all the fins I bought a second thinking well its maybe just a bad fan nope second fan was the same way took the fan off and installed a much better built fan onto the heat sink I'm much happier now!Would not recommend!!!
