Appears to be a good quality spacer
I haven't used these yet but I took on my micrometer and measured them they are too spec. And I can only give them a four because I haven't used them. I have 6 mm axles and these will fit in a 80 mm axle wheel to bring it down to 6 mm.

Lightweight, strong and fits perfectly. The edges are a bit rough cut, but for the price, I dont expect spacers meant for professional skaters or anything. 10/10 would recommend and buy again if needed.

correct inner diameter
I have bought other brands of spacers and had to ream them out because the diameter was too small to allow the bolt to slide through. I am pleased to report that these are the correct spacers your looking for. A+

Perfect.
These worked perfectly to fit my modern 8mm parts onto older 6mm bolts on frames that couldn't take 8mm. The fit is as described and goes snug into the bearings and spins smoothly.
