Great roller, it's dense and really well designed. It's stable in a great way that allows me to balance my foot so I can hit the outside. Even working on my legs to release tight spots I couldn't get with a ball or normal foam roller.

I'd had plantar fasciitis for 6 months from running and had tried all other massage balls etc to no avail. I could barely stand on that foot in the morning. Three days with this roller and the pain was gone and I can run freely again - amazing! Tip: Really massage all around the heel, especially the painful crunchy bits as this is what is causing the pain

No much to look at and made from a light construction but it helped my aching feet and worked a treat

I was somewhat skeptical when seeing the positive reviews but oh boy is this roller fantastic!I walk a hell of a lot and I run occasionally. I've had pain in my heel since last June and I've tried almost everything. Just a few uses of this and I'm almost pain free. I don't think I will totally elimate the pain but at least I'm smiling again.

Good solid bit of kit, beats using a golf ball.

This is a very cheap looking and lightweight product so that's good if you need to carry it with you. I think it should have cost less than a fiver. Having said that, it does seem to do the job of relieving my foot pain and I use it daily, so I have not returned it.
