Finishing Touch Flawless Salon Nails Kit, Electronic Nail File and Full Manicure and Pedicure Tool

Bought this to help with cuticle care and works great without turning me red and no bleeding. I had gel nail polish on for the first time and really struggled getting it off. Used this to get off my toe nails and it was fairly quick and didn't damage my toenails. I wish I had thought to use it on my fingernails! They still look super unhappy from the soaking in nail polish remover.

Very beginner friendly. Love how compact it is. changing out the bits isn’t hard. It’s nice being able to do my own nails.

It's OK. The packaging is great, doesn't take up a lot of space, has a variety of bits that are all labeled and a charging cable. All fine. I do not use it often, maybe once a month. It hasn't needed a lot of charging either. However, recently it was losing it's charge and speed. Now, it doesn't run at all. I get this was an entry level product for me as a first time user. I got what I paid for and now I'll be tossing it in the trash. Boo.

We really like this product but suddenly the spot you plug into was gone and just a hole? I do not see any way to contact seller about product. BUT we bought a new one...and still no way to talk to anyone at Flawless?

First time I used the Flawless Salon Nails wand, the slide on/off button came of the product. I tried to reattach the slide button, but it would not reattach. I called Amazon who told me I need to speak with the manufacturer, Strawberry Distribution. I reached out to them online and I was told I need to pay shipping costs to return their faulty product. Why would I pay for shipping when I am a Prime member and was not charged for the initial shipping of this faulty product. Called Amazon back who said they would have Strawberry Distribution send me an email with a QR code for no charge on the return shipping. Never received the email with QR code. I did receive an email from the manufacturer with the promise to issue a credit within 3-5 business days, that NEVER HAPPENED! All of this nonsense for $14.43. What really surprised and disappointed me was the lack of support from Amazon and that I had to do all of the chasing back and forth with Strawberry Distribution and NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING FROM STRAWBERRY DISTRIBUTION! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR RETURNS WHEN IN FACT YOU ARE A PRIME MEMBER!

Why didnt I buy this years ago! I do my own mani and pedis...let me tell you this works
