Light, Silky, Perfect – The Dry Oil My Skin Loves
I absolutely love this dry oil. It absorbs quickly, doesn’t leave a greasy residue, and leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and hydrated. The scent is light and elegant, not overpowering at all. I use it daily, and it gives my skin a beautiful, healthy glow. It’s become a staple in my routine, highly recommended!

Great all-around spray oil
Smells beautiful, not too strong, but fresh and feminine. Works great sprayed lightly on the ends of hair for shine and to decrease frizz. Also leaves a pretty sheen when spayed directly on the skin. Great for summer tanned legs.

A Must Buy, Excellent Product
I am a user of this product and could not get my last bottle replenished in good time. I took a chance and was surprised to find it available on Amazon. It is the original product, I was a bit anxious about whether I would get the real deal. It is. Shipment was quick and efficient; I am happy. The product itself is a dry oil which leaves your skin feeling smooth and silky, yet not oily. It says that it is good for hair, however, my black relaxed doesn't like is so much, it dries it out. Best of all, it has a delicate sophisticated scent which I do love. The price point is fine for me, given the benefits and quality of the product.

WOW! This oil SURPASSED my expectations. Buy it!!!
Wow, this oil is an absolute game-changer! I had high hopes when I first ordered it, but it has completely exceeded my expectations. Let me tell you why I'm absolutely in love with this product.First and foremost, the scent is absolutely delightful. It's not overpowering, but just enough to create a serene atmosphere during my self-care routine. I initially purchased this oil for body massages, but it turns out it's a versatile gem that has found its way into my daily skincare routine.I have always been cautious with skincare products due to my sensitive skin and allergies. Before diving in, I conducted a patch test, which went smoothly. Encouraged by this, I decided to try it on my neck one evening, incorporating my trusty gua sha tool. What happened next was truly remarkable. The following morning, my skin felt unbelievably soft and incredibly soothed. I couldn't believe the difference one application had made. Buoyed by this success, I decided to take it a step further and try it on my face. After a thorough cleansing routine, I generously applied the oil and embarked on a gentle facial massage with my gua sha tool. My skin type is a bit tricky - a combination of dry and oily, and with the summer heat, it had been feeling dehydrated. Naturally, I was a bit apprehensive, but my worries vanished the next day.My skin looked positively luminous, felt softer than ever, and appeared well-rested despite my busy lifestyle. The hydration it provided was simply unparalleled. What's even more amazing is that I've started using this oil in place of my super expensive moisturizer every other day, and my skin has never looked better.I am genuinely thrilled that I stumbled upon this oil. It's become an integral part of my skincare routine, and I can't imagine going without it now. If you're on the fence, take the plunge – you won't be disappointed. This oil is a true gem, and I absolutely LOVE it! ✨💆♀️🌟

A light dry oil that smells like summer in Tahiti
This dry oil is light and absorbs quickly. I use it on my body after a bath or shower. It has a lovely "white flower," tropical scent, which is nice aromatherapy after a shower. The scent dissipates pretty quickly; thus, one can where perfume if one likes, and Nuxe oil won't compete (after it has evaporated a bit). Sometimes, I put it on the ends of my hair. My hair is too fine and thin to use much of it all over my hair (light Moroccan Oil is better for that, of Ghost hair oil). In winter, if one has dry skin, layering a more-emollient cream over the Nuxe would be required. For summer, it moisturizes well enough on its own. Plus it smells like summer in Tahiti or Hawaii.

Not the magical elixir I expected… but might still Re-purchase
So….I’ve been eyeing this product for… I want to say 2 years or so? I’m always hesitant to buy scented items without knowing what the smell is actually like. Anyway, I finally gave in and bought it (hoping to instantly transform into a “French cool girl”). I will say I like this product as an interesting/lighter alternative to an actual body lotion…mainly because my skin often becomes a bit of a slip and slide after putting on lotion (particularly in the summer months when I’m sweating at all times). This dry oil really is just that - a DRY oil. It moisturizes without leaving you greasy. It doesn’t however moisturize me as well as a milkier lotion does, which perhaps should have been expected. This works well for me now in the summer but when winter comes.. I might switch to something a tad more heavy duty (or might even mix this with a lotion for a little hybrid product). I have not used this on my face yet… I fear that putting scented items on my face will plague me with a breakout for the ages.. technically it says it CAN be used on the face though, and I lowkey trust the French more than anybody else to make something somehow both scented and friendly to sensitive skin…BUT I’ll conduct that experiment later. Now for the SMELL… man… so I was expecting something…I don’t know… floral…sweet… enigmatic in a cool French way… unfortunately when I opened the bottle and gave it a little spritz the first thing I thought was “elderly woman” - now that’s not a knock on elderly women..they are generally lovely people..and one day inevitably I too will become one…BUT I think we all know that kind of overly flowery but also powdery smell that somehow has become synonymous with women of a certain age…that’s what this smelled like straight out of the bottle. I thought maybe I was just paranoid and it was all in my head. I sprayed some in front of my boyfriend’s sister (who is slightly more young and hip than myself) and the first thing she said was “that kind of smells like old lady”. My boyfriend said “maybe a little bit old lady-ish but more like a fancy hotel to me”. He may have just been trying to be nice…the jury is still out on that one. I WILL SAY HOWEVER the smell CHANGES as I wear it. And apparently this is not just me acclimating to the smell. The bf’s sister agreed - much of the “old lady” smell faded almost to the point of being indistinguishable and instead a more pleasant smell of orange blossom came to the forefront after a few minutes of the product being on the skin. Personally I love the smell of orange blossom, so I was down with this shift. I’ve made many people smell my arm to test the smell shift theory and there appears to be a consensus - not great straight out of the bottle, but pretty nice and “sophisticated” smelling after it settles on the skin. A little tip I have learned thus far through my trial and error with this product is to try applying it to the skin when you’re straight out of the shower - that way it can spread more easily by mixing with any water drops already on the skin. When my skin is completely dry it’s a little harder for me to distribute the product evenly. All in all, while this product didn’t necessarily meet the lofty expectations I had for it, it still, in a small way, makes me feel a little cooler, wealthier, and generally more sophisticated than I really am whenever I use it…and for a relatively painless price…so I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
