Fresh Wave 065 Fresh Wave Odor Removing GelU.S. EPA Safer Choice

My son's bathroom was smelling like an elementary school bathroom. I even brought the black light in there to see if I would figure out where the smell was coming from. I've heard great things about Freshwave so I thought I'd try it, by golly it did the trick! The odor is gone, and there is a pleasant but not overpowering smell in his bathroom.

I am writing a review here since the Fresh Wave website (that allows you to submit reviews) refuses to post my review I left on their page. I assume this is because it was a bad one-star review, and they only want positive reviews on their website. I tried Fresh Wave after it was recommended by the BabyGuyNYC. I had an offer code (from BabyGuyNYC) but chose to ultimately buy it here on amazon since the shipping from their website is so expensive. The offer code didn't even cover the shipping, so I could pay full price here with my amazon prime and still pay less than their website with the offer code plus shipping. Anyway, I purchased this to put in my baby's diaper pail. It did not absorb the smell whatsoever. Instead, it had this odd lime scent to it, so now the diaper pail smells like dirty diapers with lime scent which is more nauseating than just the dirty diapers. (Picture a smoker trying to cover up their smoke scent with perfume/cologne). Don't waste your money on this product.

Has an odor to it that does not go away

When initially opened it's a great smell, however, I find the smell goes away quickly. That being said, I have bought Fresh Wave a few times and will probably repurchase when I can afford it. The container is sturdy and isn't gaudy - that's a plus.

best product EVER!!..I use this everywhere....the odors just go away...I used it in my kitchen today after I made bacon. I went out and walked the dog and when I came back the smell was gone! I will never be without it.

I tried this as an alternative to chemical air freshener. It seems nice. However, the price for such a small jar does not fit my budget. I will have to "make my own" air freshner out of herbs and essential oils

Interesting that the product description states it will last between 30 and 60 days. The actual product states 15 to 30 days. That's quite a difference.

This stuff works without being chemical-ly. After a small kitchen fire let my house smokey the firemen recommended - and it worked. Also leave one by my cat box.
