I've given this to a few of my clients to use for inspiration. I have one of my own and, looking at the message on the cover, it helps me want to reframe my thoughts to a more positive/realistic light.

This is a really nice and pretty journal/notebook.

Bought for distributing to other members of my life coaching group and received with many grateful thanks. They were a little scuffed in the corners but I'm sure they'll get that way anyhow. At least they arrived quickly
