Ampulla Ultra Thick Water Resistance Garage Wall Protector, Designed in Germany - Pack of Two (6.5mm Thickness)

This was just what I needed to cover up existing damage and prevent future damage. I really like the texture on the foam and appreciate how large the sections are. My teenage son has still managed to make some dent marks in the foam, but it is barely noticeable. He certainly claims he can’t see them. Great product and highly recommend! I don’t care that it will likely damage all the dry wall if I ever decide to remove it because it is covering an area that was already damaged.

Easy install. I used a laser level, peeled the adhesive back and attached. MY wife held the other end due to the fact that it was shipped rolled. Easy enough and works well.

My garage is just 10' wide, so I have to be very precise when I park my small SUV. Regardless, the walls were taking a beating, so after repairs and new paint, I applied this material to the walls to avoid further damage.The wall protector comes in two rolls and has an adhesive back. After cleaning the walls with alcohol, measuring, and marking, I cut the material to size and applied it to the walls, removing the backing paper a few inches at a time as I pressed the protector firmly to the wall. Note that the material CANNOT be removed from drywall, so you have to get it right the first time. I also applied a strip to the wall by the trash receptacles, as well as to the corners of a small desk with metal edges that I have in the guest room. So far, the material is adhering tightly, given a temperature range of 34 - 73 degrees. Time will tell how well it adheres in a wider temperature range, but so far I'm very pleased with this simple solution to avoiding wall damage.

Works for what I needed. Installed on garage wall to cushion the impact of my truck mirror when backing my truck into the garage and I get too close. Adhesive seems good so far it didn't release through winter, we'll we what summer brings.

This is our second purchase of Ampulla garage wall protection. We have a large vehicle in a small garage so the door always bumped the wall when entering or exiting the vehicle. When I first saw the product I was disappointed in the thickness, but actually it’s perfect. It looks nice on the wall, was easy to apply and sticks well. Now we’re going to use this product again on another section and f the garage.

Every time I opened my car door, the opening position of the car door just perfectly lands on the convex column on the wall.*Sad face* Then I have to be very careful with the car door, otherwise the car door and the white wall will hit and leave scratches on each other. And I have to be carefully holding the car door and get into the car through a narrow space, which is very embarrassing.After purchasing this garage wall protector, I don’t have any difficulty or worry on getting into my car anymore. It is easy to cut and sticks to the painted garage drywall fine and easy to stick the protector on the wall by tearing off the paper on the back. It actually looks very pretty on the wall. It seems there is enough cushion to prevent hits from door.I did a waterproof test on the protector, and the water all stays on the surface. It is really a waterproof garage wall protector.I have checked the EVA material at Wikipedia, which says:” The EVA material has good clarity and gloss, low-temperature toughness, stress-crack resistance, hot-melt adhesive waterproof properties, and resistance to UV radiation.” It seems to be made of some really nice material.I have to say, the Germany design is the real deal. I am so impressed.

Seems super strong with a sticky mesh underneath adheres to my aluminum car port poles nicely. After 2 days the edges are peeling away and I needed to use 3M black weatherstripping adhesive and cable ties to reattach. I’m in Florida but the weather was in the 60’s. I applied it to 4 car port posts and 2 are already detaching. I expected much better.I prepared surface with alcohol and vigorous cleaning
