Personally, I used it for sciatic pain and mainly stick to setting 1 and it does the trick, same design & efficiency as the one my chiropractor would use. the fact that you can travel with it is great. I charged it fully before the first used and haven’t had to charge yet since so lasts while with battery life. I have reused the electro pads many times without stickiness wearing down. worth the investment.

I just got it and i can see how good it is! Is easy to use, and the intensity is right l, you can switch any time, is small and easy to carry. I havent use it so it came charge i want to see for how long and them i will charge it. Good quality, design good, not skin irritation yet and was worth every penny.

This is actually both in one. A TENS and an EMS unit have different uses, EMS units contract muscle and TENS units do not. Both are useful for different reasons. I was pleasantly surprised that this little guy does both, as if you’re a chronic pain sufferer both units can help you achieve different (but useful) results.I’ve had two lower back surgeries, a bad knee, and I get very bad tension headaches as well. So I’m falling apart lol. I use this little guy every day and it works so fricken’ well. One of the best Amazon purchases I’ve ever made and for the price it’s amazing— it’s honestly VERY powerful and because it’s so small I can put it in my personal item when I travel.Honestly because it is also an EMS unit and will help with muscle contraction if you’re a frequent traveler or going on a longer flight this could help prevent blood clots by stimulating your legs. I’m sure that isn’t the intended use but it’s just a thought.Anyway, buy it. It’s worth it and I have zero regrets.

Very helpful for next and back pain. Good battery life, very easy to navigate, fits in your pocket. I would give 5 stars but you can't use both ports at the same time. I might not have purchased if I had known that.

What a great compact tens unit!!! I am so impressed with this! I have had this over a month and highly recommend. I suffer from severe arthritis. Currently have 2 herniated discs in my neck with severe pain traveling to my shoulder. This unit works great and only with 3 bars.. I can't go much higher personally It would be too strong, but the option is there It packs a huge punch and the battery is impressive. I have not had to recharge it once yet and I have used it allot.Easy to use, different modes that each do something slightly different.Of course not identical to what my Chiropractor uses but I have to say it's pretty impressive. And comes with a little bag to store it. For me made it easy to keep it in the bag and took on a recent flight.If you have pain.. Get it.

I bought this for my mom, and she absolutely loves it! She uses it every day to relieve back and wrist pain, and it’s made a huge difference in her comfort level. The device is easy to use, even for someone who’s not super tech-savvy. She’s still exploring all the different modes and intensities, but so far, it’s been incredibly effective.

So happy with this little tens machine. I just had total knee replacement and have drop foot and numbness in my ankle. I had forgotten this device and charged it up and used it on the muscles. The next day I took my first full weight step and give the tens full credit. It is small but powerful. Totally worth the cost. It is easy to use and easy to understand its operation. Absolutely…buying it again and will continue to use throughout my rehab.
