Neat and good looking
You would never know this is not cast iron. Small but sits nicely in our fireplace and looks really good. The flame effect is very warming on its own! Have only used the fan heat to top up the central heating in the evening when it's very cold but seems very efficient. There is some fan noise but not intrusive, just a gentle hum/blow.

Disappointed
Looked great and glow very nice. However Motor very noisy when on glow alone - returned as faulty. Didn't risk another one. Very disappointed as especially looking for a silent glow and another purchaser had advised that theirs was almost silent when on glow alone.On plus side - no problem with return and refund.

Its more expensive than some I have seen, but so worth it, the flame effect is so realistic, we have ours in the kitchen snug, you dont need to have the heater part on long, soon warms through, then just have the flame part on. BRILLIANT

Great product, cannot recommend highly enough!
Bought it to try and heat up the living room in our house which gets really cold in the evenings, and it worked like a charm, didn’t even have to turn the radiators on. Now that it’s a part of our house I can’t imagine it not being there, the fire effect is wonderful and the heat it provides is perfect, the whole family loves it! 10/10

Lovely electric fire
My son really fancied a wood burner for his bed room - this is perfect he can move it round easily and it looks great. Heats up immediately and was delivered quickly.
