The frame turned up with a slight crack in the Perspex, so contacted the seller who sent a replacement super quickly. The frame itself is great, a little fiddly to get the poster lined up right as the mount was exactly the same size as the print, but once done it looks totally amazing and really expensive looking. Very highly recommended item and excellent customer service.

Lovely black frame with subtle wood grain. Thin perspex/plastic is ideal for a large frame, which came with removable plastic on both sides. The only down side was the mount was incorrectly sized. A 40cm x 60cm mount is actually supposed measure slightly smaller, so the 40x60 print can sit behind and doesn't fall through. It was very tricky to try and get the print to sit behind the mount when the mount aperture and the print are exactly the same size. If you measure any correctly sized mount, the internal measurement will be slightly smaller than the mount size stated. The mount should measure a few mm less to enable that size photo/print to sit behind it. It's a shame the seller/manufacturer doesn't realise this. I will need to purchase a new 40x60cm mount.

Very good price/value ratio for this modern picture frame.Acrylic 'glass' is much safer then real glass in my use case. Thanks!

Mount was not 35x50, it was 30x45. I complained to seller. They said they must have sent me the wrong product and would send me the correct mount. I even offered to pay for a pack of mounts the correct size. Nothing happened.The frame itself is fine, typical quality. But i chose this particular frame due to the greater window size of the mount.

I am very pleased with this frame and the efficiency of the delivery etc. So easy to place a picture in the frame. The reason I chose this company's product was because they make it clear the inner size of the mount.

Packaged well and a good fit, however the size of the mount was disappointing. So narrow it looked like it was an offcut at approx 2cm.

It has taken me a while to find the correct frame for a large square print I bought last year. So glad I found this. Good choice of sizes and colours on the website. The frame arrived suitably packaged so there was no damage on arrival. Easy to place my print inside the frame. Just need to get round to hanging the print now!
