Q: How do you change the colour mode on these lights

There’s a switch underneath with W & C . W= Warm White and the C= Cool White. I thought it was the on/off switch but it’s the colour switch. You need to switch to your preference it before you screw on post

Q: Can they be skrewed onto concrete

You’d need to drill holes into the concrete and put wall plugs in before screwing the lights in. There are holes on the bases of the lights that you could drill directly through so that you could line things up correctly
