My previous ice maker (different brand) stopped working randomly. I was soooo sad and disappointed. I had purchased insurance on it so I was credited the cost of the ice maker.Upon thorough research we decided to go with this ice maker due to several factors voiding the amount of ice it makes, self cleaning, and look.Very happy with this purchase and very happy to have my nugget ice back without needing to take a daily drive to the gas station!

I just got mine last night and it was working slowly but surely until this morning, i have the red light for Ice/Full but it was empty. i followed the troubleshooting guide and follow the instructions and still showing as if its full. i even cleaned it, unplugged for a few minutes to give it a break and nothing! still showing as if its full. i will give another try when i get back from work to see if it works.UPDATE! Day#2! So when i came back from work i tried it again and it did started to work fine, the red light went off. As of today its still working with no issues at all!

So after reading all the reviews I decided to order this ice machine anyway. I absolutely love it! You will have to shift the ice around to keep it producing ice. If not the ice builds up in the center and the sensor thinks it's full. Regardless it produces a lot of ice quickly. My family loves it!

Works like a charm and it produces ice faster than expected and it comes with a drain plug at the bottom so make sure it is plugged before you put the water in.

FANTASTIC!The only complaint we have is; once the ice is made and falls into the basket, it starts to melt immediately because its just a basket. Its not a freezer or keeps it cool in any way.I would definitely recommend this machine.

I purchased this July 2024 in less than 3 months it stopped working luckily I was home and I was able to unplug it right away as it made a loud noise and started smelling like burnt I reached out to the seller and they were great they sent me a replacement unfortunately now it’s been less than a year since the replacement and that one is giving issues where I’m afraid to leave it on when I have to go out. It was great when it did work everyone at home enjoyed getting this ice sadly it just doesn’t last.
