Great little gadget and works as it should. I was a bit concerned it would not seal properly, but it's no issue even on less than clean surfaces. At less than $5 a piece these are a great bargain and work well. I tend to take this inner section out and just use it as a screen most of the time, as it restricts the flow otherwise. When you needed to seal, it's very quick and convenient to do so. I will probably order some more of these for my rentals to avoid call outs for clogged drains.

I like that the stopper pops up and can be removed, the spring mechanism seems to work well, and the strainer catches debris and can be cleaned. However the seal is not entirely tight and although the sink it will gradually drain, also shallow space when stopper is open prevents water from draining quickly when water is running. But overall a simple convenient solution to my problem, and looks appealing.

This item works as described and having an extra one is really a nice touch. It certainly works better than having a full replacement or nothing at all in the sink. Due to its design, it's only drawback is that it doesn't sit tight in the drain meaning it can spin around when you're trying to clean it. That takes me to point number two: which is as it sits low and flat in the sink it can have a layer of very shallow water that sits for a while and the highly reflective chrome finish can stain quite easily so it will require cleaning but as mentioned earlier that's going to be a bit more difficult since it sits somewhat freely in the sink. That's not to say that it is loose or flimsy - it's still holds the water as described and works great so I can't complain!

First I saw this on TicTok for $9.00 so I thought let me see if Amazon has them and sure enough I got it in two days for Less $$ and with Amazon if it didn't fit or was broken it's a Simple return.With TicTok id'e still be waiting for it to ship.....Now as far as the Product it WORKS GREAT!

This fit right in to my sink, and does exactly what it says. Today, I popped up the plug and found it much easier than before to clean ip the usual hair & soap sludge.It sealed well, and so far, no leakage.One minor problem is that the ring around the plug sticks up a bit, so the sink no longer drains completely.This is probably unavoidable in the item design, because it has to sit on top of the original sink drain.But it is relatively thin, and so backs up only a small amount of water.

I am sooo happy with this product. I put it in my bathroom sink. Absolutely simple to install. Just drop in. I can’t believe over the years all the stuff and hair that was going down my drain. This product is magical. It stops everything from going down the drain. I check it often and it saves me time from having to unclog my drain. This product is well worth its price in gold.

This item fits great, looks great, and holds water in the sink basin. The only problem is that when you brush your teeth, the toothpaste won't go down the drain. I take the drain out when I brush my teeth. This product has been the best replacement I've found, so I would buy it again.
