Works great had a cassette of my dad singing 30 years ago he s pasted20 years got to hear my dad singing again wonderful good quality equipment good price too.

I’ve found that this unit keeps a charge for a good amount of time. The sound quality is good, it’s easy to use. It’s compact and easy to take with you.

This worked great for three and a half months and then the tape play function stopped working. All I wanted was a tape player that worked, drat it! Why can't someone make a tape player that lasts any more?

Worked great for maybe ten minutes, but now it won't read CDs.... Other functions still work. Maybe this is just a random bad apple but it's a bummer for sure. 😔 I'll probably need to start a return. Otherwise I'm very pleased with the sound quality.Edited to add:Customer service was great to work with and offered a full refund and to send a replacement! So I'll add a few stars to my review for that!

I had an issue with the cd player. I contacted the company via the e-mail address provided and they very promptly sent me a replacement. The new player works fine, this company gave me a prompt reply and made sure I was a satisfied customer. Other companies could use this business model. 5 Stars!
