Great for school
The pages have a perforated line for easy/clean tear. The squares are not a dark color; however, you can still see them in poor light. Cover page is of a thin material, not as strong as the back carton. Would recommend to reinforce the first and last spiral holes to prevent tear with constant use.

This is a classic. It is a good value for the money. Easy to travel with and doesn't bleed through depending on the writing utensil.
