Great adapter
I currently have this holding a 32" monitor and mini PC on a tall monitor arm at an angle. it holds really well and feels sturdy.

Holds a 16" MacBook Pro easily behind the monitor
This is a superb product for the price! There are some others that are 2 or 3 times the price, but I was blown away with how good this is. Easy to install, really sturdy and holds a 16" MacBrook Pro on a dual monitor stand.Adjustable for different sizes of device, I can also easily squeeze and Apple TV in here, but as I want to remove and insert the MacBook Pro, decided against it for ease of use. Hadn't realised it could be desk mounted or via a pole on the monitor stand. Can't recommend enough!

Almost perfect...
So, I've spent a bit of time refining my home office set-up.I use a Dell dock, which helps me cut down on the number of cables I have on my desk, but, the weight of the various different cables attached to the dock tends to pull the darned thing off the desk - command hooks are all well and good, but even they have limits.Enter the HumanCentric thin client mount bracket. It has several different mounting options, and its thickness can be adjusted to suit whichever device you plan on using it with.Option 1 - apparently it can be fitted between your monitor arm and the monitor itself - almost like a little hardware sandwich - sounds delicious right? Now, if you are the owner of a small/non-widescreen monitor this might work - my set-up includes a 34-inch curved widescreen monitor and not to put too fine a point on it, its a chunky bugger and when I attempted to use the bracket in this way the weight of the monitor pulled it the mount apart to the point where it was in danger of slipping out, not ideal. That being said, it was quite simple to put together, and if you have a smaller monitor then it might be up to the job. Sadly this is what I wanted it for, which is why it only gets 4 stars.Option 2: Secure it to an upright post like a monitor mount. Well, that's what I settled on, and it works a treat.

Brought for.the Mac Mini but.
I have an Alienware AW3423DWF and the Apple Mac Mini M4 Pro, this doesn’t fit the monitor at all. It’s to big and will require extra spacers and longer bolts to fit the monitors recessed VESA, Like other has said for the price they should support more monitors aren’t flat across the VESA mounting points.
