After trying other bands, we purchased two sets of these. There was a huge difference in the quality and consistent resistance of the bands. Other bands we had used lost resistance over time or even degraded to the point of breaking due to use. After heavy use over the last year, these bands are as good as they were new. The handles were also of much higher quality than previous sets. The ankle straps work okay, but do let loose at higher resistance levels. We opted to by ankle straps that were much more robust. This is a great at a great value.

I am very happy with this product. There are a number of great exercises you can do with this set, and having the little contraption that allows you to use a standard door frame is a great feature. I run a wellness center where I train multiple clients each week. I am very pleased with how much use I can get out of a set of these before I have to replace them. For the very affordable price, these are the best cables on the market.

Like the design, colors where as pictured, I have seen other reviews about that but on my case they're fine, durability and workout quality is great, they function has they promise, weight seems weird on the 30lb, the 20lb feels more heavy that the first one but nothing too important I guess, they don't slip if used correctly, and the door attachment is great.

I bought these bands to use while temporarily living away from home for a few months. I just needed something simple to help me stay consistent with my workouts, especially since I don’t have access to a full gym right now. These bands ended up being perfect for what I needed.The quality is great. The bands feel sturdy and durable, and the set comes with all the attachments you could need (handles, door anchor, ankle straps, etc.). I just look up resistance band workout videos on YouTube and follow along. It’s easy to mix up the exercises and get a solid full-body workout in.I’m not planning to rely on these long term once I’m back at my regular gym, but for now they’re a perfect alternative. Plus, they’re super compact. I can toss them on a shelf when I’m done or throw them in my backpack if I want to do an outdoor workout. Overall, really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend for anyone in a similar situation or looking for a portable workout option.

Great! High quality and price is a good deal. I’ve had these for a few months now and they’ve held up well. Storage is easy peasy, I have a little hook and they don’t get misplaced. You can use these for many different exercises!

The items received came as shown as in the discription, I wasnt sure what to expect for a order like this. I was worried of getting cheap rubber bands that had no difference in tention other than what was stamped on them, but they did perform better then expected. If your looking for low impact this is a great choice along with some videos i found.. Thanks would recomend to anyone.

Resistant levels are great quality is amazing. Feels durable definitely worth the price length on them is great as well.
