If you eat the whole 1.9 ounce bag of this delicious kettle corn it is NOT 56 calories but 280 calories with whopping 34 grams of Carbs.2. 56 calories per CUP means this bag should contain 5 cups = (280 calories).3. I do not know anyone who is only going to eat only a cup of this delicious popcorn but it is not me.In conclusion, I still love this sweet and salty kettle corn but I advise you to be aware of how many actual calories and carbs you are consuming if you are a diabetic.Rating: 4 Stars.
