The phone speaker sounds terrible. Obvious water damage or something and pretty much unusable. The battery life is worse than the phone Im replacing..Won't use these guys again and wouldn't recommend unless you're desperate.

a) Arrived timely and well packaged. b) while it was in a generic box, it had a cord and charger and appears to be brand new ( I could not find a scratch). c) I lost my previous phone on a trip and ordered this same model again as it is such a good phone. d) I highly recommend this Amazon Renewed phone... as I said... just like Brand new and a lower cost .

Says it is unlocked. It is not.Says it is dual SIM. It is definitely not.Sent back to the shipper. Not to mention all the trouble on the first order where I received a glass cover for microwave plate.... Genius... And don't even get me started on the process to reship it... They expected me to pay a ridiculous amount to return it when the error was not even from my end but theirs... Or else I wouldn't get reimbursed. What a crazy experience...

This phone is amazing. It has more RAM than anything else in a similar price range. The cameras are great. The UI is intuitive. And the 65 watt ultrafast charging is amazing. You can charge your phone in a matter of minutes. The 9 pro in my personal opinion is better than the 10 or the 11. Even though the nine pro is an older variant it's still outperforms the Galaxy s23 ultra which is 2 years newer. The sound on this phone is great the display is amazing. 10 out of 10 I recommend
