The product was received in good codition. I have been using it for the last five days with my Apple laptop. I have used it for connecting pendrive as well as for conncting my laptop to an external monitor. It is working fine. I am fully satisfied.

Its plug and play functionality works as intended. But when connecting even 45 watts pass-though, its not charging at full capacity let alone working on 60w for laptop (DELL latitude 7440 : It says charging cord is faulty and not charging)

I regret buying this as it turned out to be one of the worst products I have ever purchased. No signal, no display—just a useless port.No Return Policy – To make matters worse, there is no return policy. Once you purchase it, you’re stuck with it.Misleading Replacement Policy – They claim to provide a 7-day service centre replacement, but there is no service centre even in major cities.Horrible Customer Service – Contacting customer service was a nightmare. They don’t respond to emails or calls, and after multiple phone calls, they finally asked me to send the product via courier.Endless Waiting, No Resolution – After sending the product, there was no response. Even after several follow-ups via calls and messages, they just keep saying it’s "under progress" and will be replaced shortly. It’s been 21 days, and there is still no solution.I strongly advise against buying this product. Poor quality, no support, and a complete waste of money!

I initially had doubts about this USB-C hub's compatibility with Samsung DeX, but it works flawlessly. I have an S23 128GB model phone, and while the device does get slightly heated after using it for over two hours, it cools down quickly once disconnected.The build quality is solid, supports charging with Power Delivery at 87W, and offers two USB ports for a keyboard and mouse, plus one HDMI port.Overall, it's a great product, and at this price, not many offer 100W PD. However, if you need it specifically for Samsung DeX, you might want to opt for a hub with a cooling fan.

Let me explain from the very beginning, I ordered the product name Verilux USB c hub 4 in 1 type c hdmi adapter type c hub. Other reviews of different variants of the product mentioned that the Verilux provides services like replacement if anything stops working after several months even when they mentioned no warranty on Amazon. I bought it thinking that if something happened within a year I would reach out to them for replacement or any help, but then I realised that other reviews mentioned that the box contains the WhatsApp no. of the company for reaching out but in my variant's box there is no WhatsApp no. mentioned which. I can use it in the future for replacement. I would rate the product a total of 5 stars if it does come with a warranty for 1 year as the product quality is superb, the wire is braided and the metal is premium. and it would be killer at this price [I bought it for ₹899]. if you want a warranty go for the pi box one which will cost you ₹200 extra.
