Dole Digestive Bliss
Dole did not disappoint with this one! Not only does it taste amazing but it’s easy and convenient to take on the go. I love how it’s 50% juice and has 4grams of plant-based fiber. As someone with a few gut issues it’s seldom I come across a digestive aid I genuinely like and enjoy the taste of. I’ll definitely be trying out the pineapple banana flavor next!

I use this product to blend into my smoothie. The fiber and electrolytes are the perfect amount. The taste is amazing and I could drink several in a day. But please. Don't do that. You have been warned.

Love the taste of these. They don’t have a crazy amount of energy in them. I would say this is equivalent to a cup of coffee but taste way better!
