I've been running this PC about 6 weeks now. Seems to run very well. I use a 60 inch Samsung TV via HDMI as a monitor and stream a lot of videos. I removed the dongle for wifi and Cat5 it to an eero's satelitte router directly. I added a inexpensive Bluetooth 5.0 dongle that I attach 2 keyboards and 2 mice. My wife and I both can control what we watch that way from different seated locations. My PC definitely has TPM 2.0 {I verified) and comes with Window 11 Pro. It has been running all my Windows apps well so far. I turn the box on with the Alexa wake on LAN skill so I don't even remember where the on button is anymore.

The product itself is just what I was looking for, the specs fit my needs. It arrived as expected and shipped in a very secure packaging. It didn't have an HDMI port as expected, they sent the wrong model accidentally. But, this company stepped up and did the right thing. They took care of their customer.The gave me an allowance for an DV to HDMI cable and then offered non stop tech support, via here, for tech problems that I had unrelated to the unit they sent me.I have never had that much customer support from any company.HIGHLY recommend this company for your computer/tech needs.

Fast ship, well packaged. Booted up and ran all the updates. Typical MS Windows 11 garbage. The provided SSD is a crapola china item (like most, but the others have name brands). Sadly both RAM slots are filled making an upgrade more expensive (pull existing and do what with them?), so it'll stay with 16 GiB. Comes with a cheapo WiFi dongle, a cheapo DP to HDMI adapter, a cheapo KB, and a cheapo mouse to match. Cosmetically ok, nothing bent or scuffed. I prefer the Dells for no reason other than tons of parts available if something goes belly up.Buyers beware! Check the CPU for Win11 compatibility on the MS websites. Some of the machines being sold with Win11 have processors that are NOT supported. This particular CPU is Win11 compatible. I betcha those other vendors are selling boxes with the reg hack on them. Win11 also needs TPM 2.0, so watch for that.Me, I don't care. I bought and configured this is for someone else. I use a different OS.

The computer was very well packaged. I know it's used but it looks brand new. Not a scratch or mark on it.It came with a keyboard and mouse. It was loaded with Windows 11 Pro. It started up without any problems.Once I had it all up and running it took a little time to update Windows 11. That's normal for Windows.It's very fast and so far works great. The DVD works fine also as well as all the USB ports.The ethernet connection also works great.

I needed a basic computer that will run Windows 11 and this refurbished unit works fine. Includes everything needed except a monitor but I reused my wireless mouse and keyboard because the ones that come with this unit are pretty minimal (but they worked fine). The price was more than fair for a basic machine. So far, my only complaint is it takes a few moments to wake up after being asleep but functionally, it does everything I need.

Ordered this to replace a very old laptop. It came with the desktop tower, that was less bulky than I expected and helped to save the limited space at my desk. Also included were a mouse, keyboard and external Wifi USB drive. It came with detailed instructions for initial setup, but due to my unique situation with Internet availability I quickly ran into trouble. Those instructions included a dedicated support phone number, and upon calling them I was immediately connected to an actual human being. I didn't have to deal with a computerized phone system and go through endless menus. The technician on the other end was extremely polite and professional. He immediately understood my problem and quickly walked me through a DOS promt override to bypass the issue I was having. At that point I was easily able to complete the setup without further assistance. Other than that one small hiccup, setup was a breeze and I was incredibly happy with how fast the system ran. Everything loaded lightning fast and worked flawlessly. It's really nice to be able to click on something and get instant results. Windows 11 was included with this machine and loaded instantly. It's incredibly responsive and I had no issues with functionality in any way. I am beyond impressed with this purchase and the amazing customer service backing it up.

The item came in immaculate condition. The setup was straightforward and so far everything seems to work. I'm just a novice at using windows 11 so I have a lot to learn. Based on what I've seen to date I'd definitely recommend this unit to anyone who wants a quality computer at a reasonable price. Dell rarely disappoints.

The first 3060 I ordered was damaged w/ UPS shipping...so I had to send it back & JSM sent me another one & it arrived in satisfactory condition. The 3060 connected seamlessly & I was up & running in no time. I had a vintage HP F4240 printer & had to search in my stash & found the disc (thankfully) to install the driver & was really glad I had the DVD tray on the 3060. I love Dell computers. They are my first choice & are reliable 'work horse' computers & last for years. (I'd like to add that the seller JSM (& Scott) is very responsive & my computer was shipped the very same day I ordered it.)
