smells great, consistency is very nice. I am trying to get to sleep faster. usually takes me hours. However, I have been getting leg cramps, which I have never had before. I apply to the bottom of my feet, ankles and up to my knees. seems like i am sleeping better, unless a big leg cramp wakes me up. Help! any advice? thanks!!

This tuff works. It's not greasy very light in texture. It seems as if you put it on and it works immediately. A lot of things don't work for me but, this stuff does. It works on the parts of my body injured from work. It helps me with the pain. No more poping pills.
