Fluke Quality, Premium functions
Finally purchased a Fluke after being disappointed at other VoltOhmMeters. Its Fluke, hopefully the quality has continued with this model.

Cheap leads
I have a 30+ years old Fluke that still works great. I bought this one because I needed to measure more than the 600V limit of my old meter. The meter seems great but the leads are stiff cheap feeling junk like my Harbor Freight free meter. My old Fluke has soft flexible leads and I expected better from a meter in this price range. Hopefully this one will last as long as my old one.One annoyance - when measuring 600V DC the AC indicator keeps lighting up. I switched to AC and it showed les than 0.4V. It doesn't seem to me like the AC indicator should light up with ripple that low. I should read the manual and see if it is supposed to do that.

worked great has a hertz and duty cycle, readings are automatic so you don't have to select ranges ohms can be selected between ohms, diode, or continuity beep with the yellow button at top right for continuity someone had asked that question didn't come with any instructions like they use to, but you can go online and get the instructions on the fluke website.
