It's garbage, nothing didn't work as advertised, the only reason I didn't return it was cuz I was late one day..-24v jump didn't work-Charge my phone above 2 time and it dies- 12v jump only 2 time and dies- 110v feature can even run the smallest 2 cups coffee maker i was so disappointed after trying to use it for coffee after 2 days out off power due hurricane Milton- as I say totally garbage!

I am a mechanic andI have had this for about 3 months now and it has done nothing but impress me, I have used it start 12 and 24 volt pieces of equipment, it has started them all even with completely dead batteries, highly recommend!

We purchased this to have on hand just in case one of our many fleet vehicles needs a jump. The issue we have is as follows. 1) the battery goes dead just by having the unit unplugged and turned off. Had a fleet vehicle 3 miles away that had the lights left on. Grabbed the jump pack. still plugged in, says 100 % charged. drove to the vehicle, the jump pack was already down to 70%. Haven't even connected the jump pack to the dead battery yet. I just turned the thing on. Lost 30% of charge. connected jump pack to dead battery. All be dipped, it started the truck. battery pack said "low on power" "please charge" . this thing does jump a truck. But the battery depletes so fast it makes this this worthless.issue number (2) plugged the unit in, let charge too 100%. turned unit off, unplugged and let it sit. came in the next morning, The jump pack was down to 30% when I turned it on.If this thing can't keep a charge over night while being off, how's it supposed to work on a job sight or in a long distant emergency::??Expensive piece of junk. It's cheaper to have a brand new spare battery in a trickle charger, then to purchase this crap. Good luck to ya, Hope this helps

Very useless product. You can leave it on the charger and it will be dead in about a week. You have to unlug charger replug it in order for it to be charged when you want it! I hate how it talks to you and trys tell you what you should do. Get a NOCO Boost, you won't regret it.

We’ve used this Jump Starter by FlyAuto many times now on our well used old equipment on our small farm and it hasn’t failed us yet. In fact, we have had this for 10 months now and have only charged it twice – once when we initially received it and then once more. We’ve used it on our Bobcat, gas golfcart and F250 trucks. On the Bobcat and F250s, it’s usually on extremely cold mornings where they just need some help. On the golfcart, its usually totally dead. This is such a convenient alternative to having to jump start from another vehicle – many times ours are located where its hard to even get another vehicle close enough to jump them. We’re are totally satisfied and have no complaints

This jump starter is no good. Only able to jump 1 vehicle on a full charge. The handle just broke. Tried to contact the seller to see if there is any type of warranty on the product, but no response from the seller. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

This product is junk and the won’t refund my money
