These are easy to swallow and are basically tasteless.There is no unpleasant aftertaste either.

First thing to say is this bag is resealable which is essential to keep the capsules out of the external environment and fresh. The capsules are quite small and easy to swallow and the contents are as pure as they can be from reading the ingredients.I have taken zinc for years and changing to this one I've felt no drop off or ill effect, so I think this is a good quality supplement and I recommend it.

Good value for good quality 3 month supply. Easy to take and effective.

I'm sure this product is great for some, but it did not agree with me. It would give me bad stomach aches immediately after taking it, even if I ate a meal before to help. Unfortunately I had to stop taking it after a few days.

We really like these as the capsules are small and easy to swallow and the dose is effective.
