I’m new to rag quilting and was told you absolutely do not want to put your quilt in without this bag. My first wash, I threw my quilt in the bag, put it in the washer and then added some tennis balls outside the bag to beat up my quilt a little. After it was done, now I 100% understand why you need to put them in a bag. The bag kept all the lint and pieces/strings from the quilt in the bag and not breaking my washer. Love this and perfect size for a larger blanket.

I loved this purchase. I repaired an old hand made quilt. It was very dirty. I first washed it in the tub by hand as we should never machine wash an old quilt. After all repairs were made and a new back was put on it, I machine washed and dried it in this mesh bag. It worked perfect! I would recommend using this bag for washing old repaired quilts.

I bought this to wash my new 100% linen duvet cover. I spent a couple hundred dollars on the cover, so I wanted something to protect it during the washing process. It's a queen size and this bag was plenty big enough to fit it.The duvet was not visibly dirty or anything, so I'm not sure how this bag performs in terms of letting water and detergent through to wash the items inside.A plus side is that this bag helped keep my sheets and duvet cover separated in the dryer. Normally the sheets and duvet cover knot themselves together in a massive ball, so when I go check the dryer, they are still soaking wet and I have to separate them and run the dryer again. So this bag is also saving me time as well as money on my electricity bill!

Big enough to fit not one, not two, not even three, but FOUR oversized sherpa blanket hoodies into it. After getting disappointed with a few laundry bags that I bought from The Container Store, I turned to Amazon and found this gigantic thing. It's a godsend. Though I did notice it sometimes unzips itself in the dryer if it's too full. Otherwise, this is exactly what I needed.

Wow. Fabulous.I got this to wash an old, fragile quilt in one of the big washers at the laundromat, but stuffed in the bag, I was concerned about how clean it would be.No pro lem there. The quilt was protected and sparkling clean. I highly reccomend this product!
