I’m giving a 5 because the product has worked great at keeping my blood pressure under control and the price is good. I would say the packages arrived with the boxes torn up and crushed but actual product seems to have survived. The product needs to be placed in an outside heavier box to ship.

I have been using this product for years. Excellent at lowering blood pressure.

It does lower blood pressure but it doesn't heal it so you take yourself off pharmaceutical brand and pay more money for non tested formula , Just make your own decision.

This is an inexpensive herbal pill with no side effects that I can tell. I was a long haul truck driver with hyper tension. The benchmark was 140/90 for my medical OK to drive. It was difficult. Now that I am retired 77 yo 270 lb it was difficult to meet that benchmark daily. Could not do it.Started this herb and within a week I was seeing numbers on my cuff that seemed impossable. 130/80 and better on some days. I can not say enough good things about this.

Beware of this product! The active ingredient - rauvolfina serpentina has been restricted by the FDA, not approved beyond 1mg and a single tablet of mukta vati has close to 40mg!! I’m suffering from severe diarrhea annd abdominal pain after taking just 2 tablets. It’s persisted for 3 days now after stopping - after the very first dose. This is a nightmare.

I like this product but I got it cheaper when ordering from India. I ordered from Amazon to tide me over until the one's from India arrived. Strangely the one's from India arrived before these from Amazon. I ordered from dista cart in India. Came over fast and well packaged from dista cart. I don't recommend buying these from Amazon.

My BP was running in the 150-160's range. I started taking Mukta Vati after seeing it on YouTube 2X a day. BP went down to the 130's. Quit taking it for a month. Had some other issues going on and wanted to verify it wasn't the Mukta Vati. Checked online for side effects. Usually stuffy nose & on some people slight knee pain. No long term negative effects like doctor prescribed allopathic meds. Even after a month of not using it my BP stayed in the lower range. It seemed to make a permanent change.I take my BP several times in 1 sitting. I like to see what the high range is whem I'm active. So I take it immediately when I sit down. Then resting 5, 10 & 15 minutes. The recommended reading is at rest for 15 minutes. So my low BP was still stayed in the 130's to even the 120's range.I started taking it again only this time 3X a week every other day & skip weekends. My BP contines to stay in the 130's range even dropping into the 115's range.
